Once a year, we host our annual Savvi Prom Pop-up, and we get to play with all of the colors of the rainbow.
When you work with mostly ivory and white gowns at our wedding store, the colors of prom season hit differently (in a good way!).

Top Colors For 2024
Prom appointments are in full swing, and by the looks of it, these are the colors that are trending for 2024.
Shades of Blue
Blue is such a timeless color choice for prom, and we’re seeing a ton of great options in blue for this year. Dresses range from pastels like ice blue and powder blue all the way to navy blue, which functions as a neutral.
Shades of Green
Green is coming in hot this year, especially Emerald green, which we are predicting is going to be the “it” color this season. Students are especially loving the embellishments on the green dresses like beading and embroidery.
True Red
When it doubt, go red–you seriously can’t go wrong. Everyone loves a red dress, and we’ve got so many great options–from cool corseted looks to romantic drapey fits.
Deep Burgundy
We can’t stress enough how stunning these deep burgundy, plum, and wine shades look on literally everyone! You have to try on at least one burgundy dress before you leave; you won’t regret it.

Leg Moments
Think red carpet elegance, drapey satin gowns featuring thigh-high splits are trending hard and it’s easy to see why. Plus, you get to show off those gorgeous prom shoes that you’ve been saving for!
Ruffles
We know we don’t have to tell you guys, but right now, more is more, so it’s no wonder that ruffles (and bows) are having a moment. We especially love a tiered ruffled skirt like this one. Cinderella who?
Corsets
Corsets are more popular than ever. Look for dresses with exposed boning and sculpted bra tops. And just because they’re inspired by lingerie, doesn’t mean they have to be super revealing, while we do have sheer lace options there are a lot of opaque corseted dresses in our collection as well.
